Formats: Rolling Star and HTML

• Active or trial email marketing account
  Your email marketing account can be with Rolling Star or any provider that allows HTML email templates.  If your email marketing system is not with Rolling Star, then please contact us to check the compatibility of our templates and your email marketing system.
  
  
• Knowledge of using your email marketing system
  The cost of these templates does not include “How To” training as you are required to know help you operate StarMail.  If you use another email marketing system apart from StarMail, any ‘How To’ questions should be directed at the support team of your email marketing service provider. We will provide support if you find issues with the template we set up for you.
  
  
• Your branding details and images
  You are required to supply up to date branding details of your company such as logos, colours, images, etc. Please note that the images shown on templates are samples only. If you would like to use the shown sample images extra charges will apply for purchasing appropriate licenses. You can source for images at www.iStockphoto.com that are suitable for your business/services.
  
  
• Templates for your own email marketing system
  If your email marketing system is not with Rolling Star and you order an HTML template,you are expected to understand how to upload your Rolling Star HTML purchased template(s) into your own email marketing system.
  

HTML Format

• HTML emails compatible email marketing system
  Your email marketing system and the service provider should allow setting up HTML emails constructed by a third party supplier. If you are in doubt, check with your service provider.
  
  
• Knowledge of setting up HTML emails in your email marketing system
  You are required to know how to upload and set up the HTML email and the images we will be supplying to you. You may require some HTML knowledge.
  
  
• Your branding details and images
  You are required to supply up to date branding details of your company such as logos, colours, images, etc. Please note that the images shown on templates are samples only.
