You are allowed 2 change requests to colour and branding application. Change requests cannot include design and layout changes to the template you buy. If design or layout changes are required they may incur additional charges.
- Setting up the email template in your email marketing account
Our templates are currently optimised for Rolling Star. Our templates are also optimised for MailChimp and Constant Contact email marketing systems. If you do not have an email marketing account with these suppliers you can purchase the HTML format which is compatible with most email marketing systems available in the market.
- Email deliverability testing
We will test your email template to make sure it gets delivered to most popular email programs such as Outlook, Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, Thunderbird, Entourage.

HTML format for non-StarMail users
If you do not have an email marketing account that Rolling Star templates is compatible with you can buy the HTML format of the email templates displayed. We will brand your email according to your preference as mentioned above and send it to you as a ZIP file. The ZIP file will include your HTML email and the images required to upload and set up the email within your email program. You will be responsible for uploading the HTML email into your email marketing program. |
